Strategic Sales in an AI start-up?

We're working with a, venture-backed AI start-up on a mission to make complex industries safer and more efficient. In their world, growing revenue 8x in a year is just another Tuesday. They build an AI-native platform that automates business critical work flows.

This is very much a hybrid role combining strategic translation, client diplomacy, and hands-on problem-solving. You'll be the crucial bridge between their clever technology and enterprise clients who operate in the real, sometimes chaotic, world.

What your mission will look like?

• Transform complex operational challenges into structured, actionable AI deployment plans.
• Navigate roadblocks with ingenuity, ensuring projects stay on track and clients stay happy.
• Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, leveraging top-tier communication and emotional intelligence.
• Apply rapid learning ability and high productivity to drive measurable, significant results for the business and its clients.

• An exceptional communicator and problem-solver, with the acumen of a top-tier consultant or salesperson and the humility of a lifelong learner.
• Comfortable with numbers and commercial outcomes, without needing a technical background. Understanding what drives value is key.
• Likely to possess a strong academic pedigree and perhaps experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or equivalent high-performance environment.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite, 5 days a week, from their London hub. The role also involves travel to client sites.
