The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new RocketPhone.ai customer growth across organisations with 500–1,500 employees.


This is a new business, hunter-focused role. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and closing opportunities with moderate complexity, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and Salesforce-centric decision making.


You’ll be trusted to run your own patch, manage full deal cycles, and consistently deliver against quota without micromanagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full new business sales cycle for RocketPhone.ai in the mid-market segment
  • Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within 500–1,500 employee organisations
  • Navigate moderately complex deal cycles, including:
  • Buying committees
  • Multiple stakeholders across Sales, Service, IT, and Operations
  • Budget, security, and procurement considerations
  • Position RocketPhone.ai as a strategic Salesforce-native platform, not a point solution
  • Work closely with Salesforce ecosystem partners (ISVs, SIs, Salesforce AEs) to generate and progress opportunities
  • Collaborate with solutions, product, and implementation teams to ensure strong discovery, demos, and deal execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting discipline


What We’re Looking For


Essential experience and attributes:

  • 5+ years of quota-exceeding performance in a closing role (software and/or telco)
  • Proven success selling into mid-market organisations (500–1,500 employees)
  • Strong experience managing full sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem — how customers buy, implement, and extend Salesforce
  • A proactive, self-directed approach to pipeline generation and deal progression
  • Comfortable working independently, prioritising effectively, and owning outcomes


Highly desirable:

  • Experience selling Salesforce-adjacent products (ISV, platform, or integration solutions)
  • Existing relationships with Salesforce AEs, SIs, or ecosystem partners
  • Experience selling solutions that touch Sales, Service, or Contact Centre teams

Salary & Package


  • Base salary: Competitive and aligned to senior mid-market AE experience
  • Commission / OTE: Uncapped, with clear targets and meaningful upside for strong performers
