Key Accounts Operations Manager

Job description

TTS FM is looking to secure the talent of a proven Operations Key Accounts Manager covering key accounts client accounts within Northern England to be based from our TTS FM ‘HQ’ in South Shields.

A potential successful applicant would likely be experienced in Operations / Accounts Management roles within Security Manned Guarding Industry, Cleaning/Facilities Management with strong understanding of ‘on the ground’ operations.

The role further demands to build relationships with customers and represent TTS FM to understand customer needs and demands covering Security Manned Guarding, Facilities management, Key Holding and Response Sector. The role entails supporting peer Account Managers, Controllers and Mobile Supervisors on a Duty Management rota.
