Account Executive – Agentic Commerce (eCommerce & Retail)


NASDAQ-Listed | £100–150k Base | Double OTE | Uncapped


Location: Central London (Onsite)

The Opportunity


We’re hiring multiple hunter-led Account Executives to join a NASDAQ-listed AI company leading the category in Agentic Commerce.

The platform enables enterprise eCommerce and Retail brands to deploy autonomous AI agents across the full commerce lifecycle - from acquisition and conversion to retention, operations, and revenue optimisation.

Your Role

Each AE role is market-aligned (UK/I, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, or Nordics) and based onsite in the London HQ.


You will:


  • Own the full sales cycle (mid-market to enterprise)
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition in your assigned region
  • Sell complex, high-value agentic commerce solutions
  • Expand existing customers via cross-sell and upsell
  • Build pipeline through outbound, partners, and strategic targeting
  • Engage senior stakeholders (CMO, CTO, Digital, eCommerce leaders)
  • Work closely with Product, Solutions, and Leadership teams onsite


This is a true hunter role with upside tied to both acquisition and expansion.


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven Account Executive / Hunter experience in SaaS, AI, MarTech, or Commerce Tech
  • Strong track record closing £50k–£250k+ ARR deals
  • Experience selling into Retail & eCommerce environments
  • Commercial mindset with exposure to account growth and expansion
  • Fluent/native in one of the target market languages
  • Comfortable in a high-performance, onsite sales culture
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
