Job description

If you’re an agency Account Manager who enjoys owning client relationships, keeping complex projects moving, and working closely with creative and digital teams, this role will feel like a strong step forward. It’s a chance to work on meaningful campaigns, with the autonomy to run accounts properly and the support of a collaborative agency environment around you.

You’ll join a close-knit client services team working on nationally and internationally significant projects. The team is big enough to deliver high-impact work, but small enough that your voice is heard and your contribution genuinely matters. You’ll manage key accounts end to end, making sure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

The role

You’ll take responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of marketing accounts, acting as the main day-to-day contact and trusted partner for your clients. You’ll work closely with senior account leads, creatives and digital specialists to deliver campaigns across a mix of channels, from digital and social through to content, video and training materials.

You’ll be involved in everything from planning and briefing through to delivery, feedback and commercial oversight, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and long-term client relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing key client accounts and acting as a proactive, reliable point of contact
  • Delivering projects and campaigns from concept through to completion
  • Spotting opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts
  • Coordinating internal teams and external partners to keep work on track
  • Managing timelines, budgets and estimates with care and accuracy
  • Supporting account profitability and contributing to account growth
  • Ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service and delivery

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing accounts within a digital or marketing communications agency
  • Confidence working across digital channels such as websites, email, social, video and animation
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and estimates
  • A genuine interest in marketing and how campaigns drive results

What you’ll get

  • Hybrid working with 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh
  • A supportive, inclusive team culture
  • Ongoing training, development and clear progression opportunities
  • Access to online learning and development resources
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Pension, life assurance and healthcare-related benefits
