  • Producing and presenting reporting and performance insights
  • Analysing client data to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities
  • Delivering product training to client stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider commercial team to grow existing accounts
  • Building deep expertise in equipment insurance and leasing markets
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in client management, account management, or relationship management
  • Background in insurance, leasing, financial services or adjacent sectors is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management - confident working with senior client contacts
  • Comfortable presenting, training and leading client conversations
  • Analytical mindset - confident working with data and Excel
  • Commercial awareness - able to spot growth opportunities within accounts
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively

The business operates with a collaborative, high-performance culture where people are trusted to own relationships and make commercial impact.
