At Ellis Recruitment Group, we are seeking a Principal / Senior Sales Consultant who sets a new benchmark for excellence in recruitment. This is not a traditional sales role. It is an opportunity to operate as a true commercial partner, someone who understands complex ERP ecosystems, anticipates market change, and drives sustainable revenue growth through strategic relationships.

This role is designed for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of business development across either SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft ERP markets. We are looking or someone who is ready to lead high-value client engagements, influence market direction, and create long-term commercial impact.

• Staying ahead of the curve by proactively identifying market shifts, emerging ERP trends, and competitor activity across enterprise technology landscapes.
• Driving commercial success by owning revenue growth, margin optimisation, and risk management through informed, strategic decision-making.
• Building lasting partnerships by developing trusted, long-term relationships with senior clients, candidates, and key stakeholders within ERP and enterprise environments.
• Being the trusted expert in your field by being recognised for your market insight, commercial intelligence, and ability to advise clients on talent strategy, not just hiring needs.
• Leading by example and setting the standard through performance, resilience, credibility, and professional reputation internally and externally.
