Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our busy Twickenham branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate a team and implement strategies to achieve business objectives while maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties

• Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets.
• Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within heavy side merchanting, preferably with roofing merchant experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
