Bids & Business Development Manager for Award-winning Architecture Studio

£40,000 - £50,000 p.a., Hybrid, Full-time

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice in Southeast London is seeking an experienced Bids & Business Development Manager to join its collaborative studio.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll lead high-quality bid submissions while supporting marketing, PR, and business development activity across the practice. The role suits someone with strong writing skills, marketing experience, and a background in architecture or the built environment.

Ideal candidates are organised, confident working with senior stakeholders, and engaged in housing, placemaking, and architecture. Applicants from architecture or construction looking to pivot into bids and marketing are also encouraged.
