What is the role?

This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.

What will you be doing?

• Review and assess complex real estate issues arising from corporate transactions, restructurings, or investments.
• Evaluate legal opinions and advice from law firms or accounting firms.
• Draft bespoke real estate W&I insurance policy wording tailored to the specific risk.
• Liaise with insurance brokers, law firms, real estate advisors, and corporate clients.
• Work closely with M&A teams, corporate lawyers, and real estate professionals to meet tight transaction deadlines.

What do you need to apply?

• Experience working within a law firm with a focus on Real Estate.
• Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task, customer focused environments
• Ability to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationships
