We’re seeking an ambitious Emissions Broker with 2+ years’ experience who is hungry for rapid progression. This is more than a brokerage role—it’s a leadership pathway.

You will:

• Broker across carbon markets (EU ETS, UK ETS, voluntary markets, etc.)
• Develop and manage key client relationships
• Contribute to desk strategy and expansion
• Receive structured mentoring from senior leaders
• Be groomed to step into a Head of Desk position within 18-24 months, based on performance
