Snr Full Stack Engineer | Hyper-Growth Fintech & Tech-for-Good | Typescript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js | Up to £110k | 3 days hybrid in London

Opportunity:

We're supporting a hyper-growth fintech client that is also tech-for-good. They’ve got big hiring plans for the year and are currently looking for Snr Full Stack Engineers to join the team. You’ll be working with Typescript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js & more, working to shape the product direction and technical architecture as they continue to scale their business and expand into new markets.

What You'll Be Doing as a Snr Full Stack Engineer | Hyper-Growth Fintech & Tech-for-Good | Typescript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js | Up to £110k | 3 days hybrid in London

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, deployment, feedback, and measurement
• Communicate new features with internal and external stakeholders, gathering input pre-implementation and supporting launches
• Design and build intuitive, high-performance web interfaces for business users
• Lead architectural decisions to improve scalability, observability, and codebase modularity
• Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing, reviews, and ongoing feedback

Core Skills for the Snr Full Stack Engineer | Hyper-Growth Fintech & Tech-for-Good | Typescript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js | Up to £110k | 3 days hybrid in London

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript & Node.
• Proven frontend engineering skills
• Experience working with Next.js, Express & PostgreSQL
• Experience in high pace early-stage businesses, with the ability to work end-to-end across the entire product development process, taking high ownership & accountability.
• A problem solving, product engineering mindset.
• Strong understanding of frontend & backend software engineering best practices
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated environments (ideally fintech)
• Experience working with AI tooling
