About the Company

Join a fast-growing, people-first technology services provider delivering cloud, Microsoft 365, and network solutions for clients across the South East. With a strong heritage, consistent growth, and a low staff turnover, this is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team shaping the future of IT services.

If you’re passionate about Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud technology, and enjoy delivering solutions that make a real impact, this is the role for you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to lead and deliver Azure and Microsoft 365 projects, as well as associated network and infrastructure implementations, for a variety of clients. Reporting to the Cloud Solutions Technical Lead, you’ll work hands-on with cloud and 365 solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery from design through to deployment and support.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure that SLA and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure projects for contracted and non-contracted clients.
  • Implement and support cloud, virtualisation, and associated network solutions.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for engineers and support staff.
  • Provide pre-sales input and technical guidance to the sales and solutions teams.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues across Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, and networks.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with Azure, 365, and related cloud technologies, contributing to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Azure projects within an MSP or similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualisation.
  • Experience troubleshooting 3rd-line issues in cloud and network environments.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and provide technical leadership.
  • Team player with a proactive, “can-do” approach.
