Lead Engineer - AI Agents

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and deploy scalable backend services powering AI agents.
• Design and implement APIs and pipelines to integrate agents into customer workflows.
• Collaborate with software and ML engineers to deploy cutting-edge models.
• Own the full lifecycle: from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python software engineering.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents or intelligent systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
