Location: Birmingham (regional remit)

Salary: £57,000 basic

Car Allowance: £900 per month

Bonus: 10% of base salary

OTE £72,000

We are recruiting a Regional Service Manager on behalf of a global engineering organisation operating within the materials handling sector. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for regional service delivery, team performance, and service revenue growth.

This position suits an experienced service leader who combines people management, operational control, and commercial drive.

The Role

You will lead a regional service team, ensuring high levels of safety, customer satisfaction, and contractual performance. Alongside day-to-day operational leadership, you will drive service growth through maintenance contracts, upgrades, refurbishments, and digital service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional service team
• Drive service revenue growth and margin performance
• Manage maintenance contracts, SLAs, and service pipelines
• Build and maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and resource planning
• Champion HSEQ standards and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a materials handling environment (essential)
• Background in service management within engineering or industrial equipment
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with experience growing service revenue
• Data-driven approach to planning, forecasting, and sales activity
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance
