Job Description:


This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career and progress within an FN50 leasing company.


We are a forward-thinking, family-owned vehicle contract hire and leasing company based in Milton Keynes and are looking for a talented Fleet Customer Operations Executive to join our team.


The ideal candidate will be part of a developing team, with the autonomy and ability to help shape and direct the company moving forwards.


We are looking for someone proactive and detail-driven who’s comfortable working in a busy operational environment and genuinely cares about supporting customers and co-workers.


Duties


  • First point of contact for customers.
  • Taking ownership in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are fully understood.
  • Setup of new contracts within Fleet management and other related systems.
  • Invoicing customers
  • Assisting in vehicle disposals & logistics along with relevant paperwork.
  • Penalty charge notices and customer recharges.
  • Maintaining vehicle details & contracts on fleet management systems.
  • Manages post income and deliveries and collections.
  • Motor Insurance updates and checks with group insurance.
  • Contribute to ICR’s social media presence and marketing activity.
  • Assist in customer maintenance management.
  • Assist Account Managers with credit control.


The ideal candidate


  • Must have proven fleet industry administrative experience. (Ideally 2 years or more).
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of Business Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice products.
  • Be motivated and ambitious to progress in their career.
  • Think strategically & commercially.
  • Focus on customer & business needs.
  • Drive innovation and lead change.
  • Show excellent attention to detail and have a focus on accuracy.
  • PC literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm (No weekends)


Salary up to £28,000 basic depending on experience


Requirements:


  • Fleet administration: ( 2 years or more preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
