The Opportunity

We're looking for a self-driven sales professional who wants uncapped earning potential without the constraints of a 9-5 office job.

This is a commission-only, fully remote role for someone who knows how to leverage their network and use tools like LinkedIn to generate business.

If you're the type of person who can open doors, start conversations, and bring real opportunities to the table, this could be very lucrative for you.

What You'll Do

Your job is simple: bring us qualified leads and introductions.

You'll identify UK businesses that need offshore teams (e-commerce, real estate, accountancy, logistics, recruitment, etc.) and get us in front of decision-makers.

We handle the rest—proposals, pitches, closing, delivery.

You focus on what you're good at: finding opportunities and making connections.

Specifically:

  • Use LinkedIn, your network, and outreach to identify potential clients
  • Introduce FlowDesk to business owners, operations directors, and founders
  • Qualify leads (do they have a genuine need? budget? decision-making authority?)
  • Hand over warm introductions to our team
  • Stay involved through the close to ensure smooth handover
Who We're Looking For

This role suits someone who:

✅ Has an existing network or knows how to build one fast

✅ Understands B2B sales and isn't afraid of cold outreach

✅ Can work independently without daily supervision

✅ Is comfortable with commission-only (you earn when we win)

✅ Wants flexibility (work your own hours, your own way)


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in BPO, recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing
  • Existing relationships with UK SMEs, e-commerce brands, or professional services firms
  • A LinkedIn profile with 500+ relevant connections
  • Previous commission-based sales experience


This won't work if you:

  • Need a guaranteed salary to survive
  • Require constant direction and hand-holding
  • Expect us to provide leads for you
  • Can't handle rejection or slow months
What We Provide


You're not doing this blind. We give you:

✅ Full company information (who we are, what we do, case studies, pricing)

✅ Target client profiles (who to approach and why they need us)

✅ Sales materials (decks, one-pagers, email templates)

✅ Support from the founder (we'll jump on calls when needed)

What we don't provide:

  • Base salary
  • Leads (you generate those)
  • Office space or equipment

Commission Structure

You choose how you get paid:

Option 1: Upfront Payment

£250 one-time payment per employee hired

Get paid as soon as the client's employee starts. Fast cash, no waiting.

Example:

You bring us a client who hires 3 employees → You earn £750 immediately

Option 2: Recurring Commission

£50/month per employee for as long as they stay with us

Build residual income. The longer employees stay, the more you earn.

Example:

You bring us a client who hires 3 employees → You earn £150/month

If those employees stay for 2 years → You've earned £3,600 total from one deal

Which Should You Choose?
  • Choose Option 1 if you want fast cash and prefer one-time payments
  • Choose Option 2 if you want to build long-term recurring income

Commission is uncapped. There's no limit to how much you can earn. Bring us 10 clients? 20 clients? The more business you generate, the more you make.

Realistic Earnings

Let's be honest about what's possible:


Conservative scenario (2-3 clients/month):

  • 2 clients × 2 employees each = 4 employees hired/month
  • Upfront: £1,000/month
  • Recurring: £200/month (builds over time)

Strong performance (5-6 clients/month):

  • 5 clients × 3 employees each = 15 employees hired/month
  • Upfront: £3,750/month
  • Recurring: £750/month (compounds monthly)

Top performer (10+ clients/month):

  • 10 clients × 3 employees each = 30 employees hired/month
  • Upfront: £7,500/month
  • Recurring: £1,500/month (grows exponentially)

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Month 1 might be slow. Month 3 could be your breakthrough. It depends entirely on your effort and network.

How It Works
  1. You identify a potential client (UK business that could use offshore teams)
  2. You make the introduction (email, LinkedIn, warm intro)
  3. We take over (discovery call, proposal, pricing, close)
  4. Client hires employee(s) through us
  5. You get paid (upfront or recurring, your choice)

  • Managing your own time and schedule
  • Staying in contact with leads until handover
