About the Role

An award-winning technical recruitment agency is hiring ambitious graduates and entry-level sales professionals to join its high-performing recruitment team in Portsmouth.

This is a genuine trainee-to-consultant career path with structured training, clear progression, and one of the strongest commission schemes on the South Coast.

No prior recruitment experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning the full recruitment lifecycle:
• Sourcing and qualifying candidates
• Business development and client acquisition
• Managing interviews and offers
• Negotiating salaries and placement fees
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working towards clear weekly and monthly sales targets
• Using modern recruitment tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
• Becoming a specialist recruiter within a technical market
