Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing and screening
• Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
• Conducting initial candidate calls and qualification conversations
• Managing candidate data within the CRM
• Coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process
• Learning how to build and manage client relationships over time

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Interest in recruitment, sales, or business development

Technical Skills:

• Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Comfortable learning new systems and recruitment tools
• LinkedIn familiarity beneficial (training provided)
