  • Devise and deliver new data and research studies for the wider insights programme
  • Produce a weekly insight piece for webinars and LinkedIn
  • Play a key role in the ongoing improvement of the digital dashboard (Power BI)
  • Present insights to retail audiences via member calls and live events
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the latest insights across events and channels

What you’ll bring

  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience querying databases using MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful, engaging insight
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (a plus)
  • Confidence turning research and analysis into clear presentations
  • Absolute discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to perform well under pressure — with a sense of humour

What’s in it for you

  • The satisfaction of seeing your work directly influence an industry
  • Opportunities to develop your analytical and presentation skills
  • Autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to make your mark quickly
  • Career development in a fast-moving digital and tech-focused environment
  • A fair remuneration package with a performance-related bonus
