I’m recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join one of the UK’s leading main contractors, delivering a major £1bn+ life sciences scheme in Oxford.

This is a career-defining opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a £350m façade package on one of the most significant construction projects in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong main contracting background

✔ Extensive façade package management experience (essential)

✔ Proven ability delivering large-scale, complex packages

✔ Excellent commercial leadership and stakeholder management skills

✔ Life sciences or high-tech project experience is a bonus

The Role:

• Commercial lead for a landmark £350m façade package
• Responsible for commercial strategy, cost management, risk, procurement and contract administration
• Working as part of a tier-one team delivering a £1bn+ flagship scheme
• Opportunity to shape commercial delivery across a highly technical, prestigious project

Location: Oxford

Salary: £110k–£120k + package (DOE)
