Junior Sales Executive (Hybrid SDR / AE)


I’m hiring a junior sales rep to join Relume and help us scale our revenue engine.


This is a hands-on, high-velocity role where you’ll be speaking to customers every day, qualifying real inbound demand, running discovery, and closing deals. You’ll also learn outbound fundamentals and how to manage a pipeline end to end.


This is not a passive role. If you’re hungry, competitive, and want to build real sales skills fast, you’ll do very well here.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Calling and qualifying inbound leads (people who’ve already signed up)
  • Running discovery calls and short, focused demos
  • Closing small, fast-moving deals with short sales cycles
  • Prospecting and outbounding into targeted accounts
  • Owning deals end-to-end in the CRM
  • Hitting clear weekly activity goals and monthly revenue targets
  • Getting coached directly and expected to apply feedback quickly
