London (City) | OTE £85k–£165k+

Permanent, Full-time

5 days onsite

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling insurance brokerage that’s gaining serious traction in a high-growth, specialist market. The model works, the funding is in place, and the ambition is unapologetically big. Now, they’re investing heavily in their sales team — and looking for Sales Executives who want to be part of something that’s accelerating, not standing still.


This is a full 360 sales role where you’ll own the entire client journey: winning new business, advising senior stakeholders, and managing long-term client relationships that actually pay off.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Prospecting and winning new business through confident, intelligent conversations
  • Advising clients through the buying process with real commercial insight
  • Managing and renewing accounts
