About the role
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team based in our Aldgate, London office. This phone-based position will see you help customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving. No cold calling — just real conversations and warm enquiries every day.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive is a key business contributor whose primary role is to drive business growth via a customer and solution focused approach. This role will be responsible for handling sales enquiries and educating customers over the phone on Splends unique industry leading products and benefits and progressing potential customers through the sales pipeline from enquiry to subscription.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers across our product suite offering and Splends points of difference.
- Educate customers on the benefits and potential earning and lifestyle that on-demand driving can offer and how we can support their journey.
- Help customers new to rideshare by booking them into our Splend Assist program and communicate the required documents to bring with them.
- Schedule appointments.
- Work closely with the operation and depot teams to ensure we are maximising all sales potentials and placing focus on specific products where required to meet stock demands and business goals.
What you’ll bring
- Be a highly effective communicator with the ability to work in a team and build rapport with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds
- Basic negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Eager to learn, grow and develop in a high growth scale up environment.
- Great customer service skills with a customer outcome driven focus and approach.
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Comfortable and able to work alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu the week following)
- Comfortable commuting and working out of our Aldgate, London office
