Note: Someone from IT service based company background (e.g. Infosys. Wipro, HCL etc.) is preferred and strong exp in Healthcare, MedTech, MedDevice, and Life Sciences domain.

Role Purpose:

Own and drive net-new logo acquisition in the UK market by opening strategic target accounts and converting white-space opportunities into long-term customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Medical device. A master’s degree is a plus.

Role Summary:

  • Identify, target, and win new logos across UK (priority sectors: Healthcare, MedTech, MedDevice, and Life Sciences).
  • Build and execute a named-account / white-space strategy with clear target plan and buying personas.
  • Originate deals end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, value articulation, commercial closure.
  • Engage C-suite, VP Engineering, Digital, R&D, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Create compelling business cases around engineering, digital, product development, and innovation services.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and practice teams to shape winning proposals.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene (CRM), with clear coverage for 3–4x quota.
  • Represent the company at UK industry forums, conferences, and executive roundtables.


Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 8+ years in a NN logo acquisition.
  • Proven success in closing large, complex deals (EUR 5M+), track record of new logo wins in UK.
  • Solid client network in at Healthcare, Life science, Medical Device Industry. Product Engineering, Healthcare Software services, digital transformation, regulatory compliance (e.g., EU MDR, US FDA), and data analytics solutions in the healthcare space.
  • Deep understanding of Healthcare, Life science, Medical Device Industry.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and team leadership skills.
