Your Role

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from talent sourcing to onboarding
• Build lasting client and candidate relationships
• Grow accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Tracked industry trends to position Rockwell Sterling as a trusted recruitment partner

Qualifications

• 1+ years executive search recruitment experience
• Self motivated and target driven
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Excellent team-working and collaborating with colleagues on projects
