Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy retail flooring showroom, managing a team of 3–5 staff and driving both retail and trade sales performance. The role is Salary & Bonus - OTE £50k +

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small showroom team

• Drive branch sales across retail and trade customers

• Build and maintain local trade relationships

• Maintain high showroom and merchandising standards

• Oversee daily branch operations including staffing, rotas, and stock

About You

• Retail, showroom, or branch management experience

• Strong sales and customer service capability

• Experience leading and motivating small teams

• Flooring, home improvement, or building materials experience desirable
