This business is expanding its Convenience Field Sales team and is looking for passionate, commercially driven individuals to help accelerate growth across a high-footfall, fast-paced territory. This is a hands-on field role where visibility, execution, and relationships are everything.
The Opportunity
As an Area Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the brand across independent convenience retailers in North London. Working closely with distribution partners, you’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility, winning new stockists, and executing best-in-class activation in store.
You’ll own your patch end-to-end, building relationships, activating promotions, and ensuring the brand stands out where it matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Drive brand visibility & execution - Maximise presence across convenience outlets through strong merchandising, POS placement, and promotional execution.
- Win new business - Identify, approach, and convert new independent retailers in line with defined outlet profiles.
- Build strong retailer relationships - Engage directly with store owners and managers to influence range, visibility, and compliance.
- Activate in-store - Execute local promotions, secondary displays, and activation opportunities to grow sales and distribution.
- Work with distribution partners - Train, coach, and collaborate with distributor teams to deliver consistent execution standards.
- Be the eyes & ears of the market - Feed back high-quality insights on competitor activity, ranging, pricing, and local market dynamics.
- Report & manage activity - Accurately record activity and performance in line with company processes and expectations.

You’re commercially minded, resilient, and thrive in a field-based role. You enjoy autonomy, take pride in your patch, and bring energy and personality into every store you walk into.

- Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Full UK manual driving licence required
