Nordics Account Executive | UK-based | Leading Global SaaS Provider - Swedish Speaking
We’re partnering with a high-growth, global SaaS company to find a Swedish-speaking Account Executive to own and grow the Nordics region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established software business with a strong product, loyal customer base, and ambitious expansion plans across Northern Europe.
You’ll be based in the UK, working with customers across Sweden and the wider Nordics, selling a sophisticated SaaS platform used by enterprise-level organisations. PLM, ERP, Supply Chain or AEC experience would be ideal for our client.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle across the Nordics, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
•Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
•Building and executing territory plans for the Nordic region
•Developing relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
•Growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
•Working closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success teams
•Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting
About You
•Native or fluent Swedish speaker with strong English skills
•Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (mid-market or enterprise)
•Comfortable selling complex, value-based software solutions
•Strong commercial mindset with a consultative sales approach
•Experience selling into the Nordic market is highly desirable
•Based in the UK or open to UK-based roles
