£70,000 – £75,000 + 15% bonus + benefits

A leading manufacturing business in Cardiff is entering an exciting growth phase, with significant investment planned through 2026 following a strong period of expansion and automation investment over the last 18 months.

The business is now seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.

The Role:

• Lead and develop engineering and technical teams
• Implement and embed TPM frameworks
• Drive OEE structures and asset performance
• Deliver reliability and improvement strategies
• Champion CI frameworks and 5S practices
• Bring structure, governance, and consistency to engineering operations

About You:

• Proven experience in a Senior Engineering / Engineering Manager role
• Background in highly automated manufacturing environments
• Strong track record delivering TPM, OEE, and CI initiatives
• Hands-on leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
• Strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement
