Graduate Building Surveyor – Cambridge

A well-established property consultancy in Cambridge is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor as part of its continued growth.

This is a proper consultancy role with early responsibility and strong foundations, ideal for someone who wants to develop broad technical skills and work toward RICS chartership in the right environment.

The role will give you exposure to:

-Condition & building surveys

-Defect diagnosis and reporting

-Dilapidations and professional services

-Contract administration and project delivery

-Refurbishment and planned maintenance works

-Regular site inspections alongside experienced surveyors

-You’ll be supported by Chartered Surveyors, with a clear APC pathway, structured development, and hands-on mentoring not just shadowing, but real involvement from day one.

Ideal for someone who:

-Has a Building Surveying degree (or equivalent)

-Enjoys being out on site as well as producing reports

-Wants a traditional consultancy grounding with long-term progression

-Is committed to becoming Chartered

-Strong development & progression

-Stable, growing consultancy environment

Salary: £25,000 to £34,000
