I'm hiring for Senior Structural Engineer role with a highly regarded consultancy that’s growing fast and investing heavily in its people.

This position offers genuine end-to-end project ownership - you’ll be running schemes from concept through to delivery, with the autonomy and support to shape how you work. The team places a strong emphasis on career progression, with clear routes toward Associate and beyond for those who want it.

The project mix is excellent and varied, including:

• Commercial cut and carve schemes
• High-end residential projects
• A balance of architecturally led and contractor-led work — tailored to suit your strengths and interests

Your experience as a Senior Structural Engineer with a strong background in advanced reinforced concrete design, along with your proven success in residential, commercial, and heavy civil projects, would be a great fit for this role. Additionally, your expertise in setting up DfMA strategies and knowledge of both American codes and Eurocodes are valuable assets.
