£40,000–£48,000 + Bonus

A fast-growing specialist in roofing and building envelope solutions is looking for a Pre-Contract / Senior Estimator to join their team. This role puts you at the heart of the pre-construction process, owning enquiries from initial project information through to secured, profitable orders. You’ll liaise with contractors, architects, and design teams, ensuring proposals are technically accurate, compliant, and commercially robust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and schedules to propose effective solutions
• Develop accurate quotations, cost plans, and value-engineered options
• Engage with contractors and consultants to clarify scope and requirements
• Coordinate with internal design, sales, and operations teams
• Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline health

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction or roofing product experience, with estimating, QS, or technical sales background
• Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple live opportunities
