What you’ll do:

- Enhance CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, observability, and automation.
- Work with event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) to power new features.
- Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and collaborate closely with Product & QA.
- Troubleshoot production issues and influence architectural decisions.
What we’re looking for:
- Commercial experience in C++, C#/.NET, Java, Golang, or Python.
- Strong with RESTful APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
- Cloud-hybrid experience: Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-prem.
- Strong fundamentals: testing, SOLID principles, Git workflows.
- Agile mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Based in or willing to travel to the North West office.
Nice-to-have: Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM, Identity/Auth (OAuth2/JWT), front-end testing (Jest, RTL), fintech/healthcare/B2B SaaS experience.
Why join us?
- Competitive salary £45k–£60k + performance bonus

- Clear career progression and mentorship opportunities
