Role Conditions
- Monday to Thursday, working 06:00 to 17:30

About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for an Avionics Technician to support their maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out modifications and maintenance in accordance with approved drawings and maintenance data, taking full accountability for the technical integrity of all work performed
- Precise wiring terminations and testing
- Removal and installation of various shelves, panels and equipment
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics and regulatory requirements
- Loom manufacture and testing
- Support avionics system testing, validation and troubleshooting
- Maintain the highest standards of tool control within the work area
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Candidate Requirements
- Completed an engineering apprenticeship, ideally in aeronautical engineering or military equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of avionics systems
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Subject to UK security vetting
