Senior Software Engineer | London | £75K-£110K + Equity

Job description

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the founding team. You're a builder who thrives where speed, ownership, and adaptability matter. Help scale the platform and build a strong engineering team to support rapid growth and an expanding enterprise customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Build robust data pipelines and integrations powering financial and emissions insights
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to solve real problems and shape product vision
• Own systems from design through deployment, making pragmatic technical decisions
• Shape engineering culture and define best practices that scale with the company

Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, DuckDB, Dagster, dbt, Ducklake, AWS, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, DataDog

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Solid full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong track record building B2B SaaS products
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership

Bonus:

• Experience with data pipelines (Dagster, dbt, or similar)
• Background in fintech, travel tech, or data-heavy platforms
• Early-stage startup experience
