Senior Project Manager

Job description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex fulfillment center start‑up programs across Europe. You will serve as the primary driver of project execution, coordinating multiple stakeholder groups, overseeing large‑scale installation and development activities, and maintaining complete project governance from planning through launch.

The role requires strong project management capability, exceptional leadership, hands‑on technical aptitude, and the ability to travel across Europe to support site development. You will work independently across diverse project environments, ensuring facilities are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to operational readiness standards.

Key Requirements Include:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Business.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale or highly complex projects with demanding timelines.
• Strong project management skills including resource planning, schedule management, risk identification, and progress reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams at various levels.
• Ability to oversee installation, technical implementation, and interdependent multi‑vendor schedules.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to support hands‑on problem solving when required.
• Experience applying project governance standards, safety requirements, and operational best practices.
