Team Assistant – Energy & Infrastructure Sector

Remote (occasional London travel if required)

3–6 Month Contract

Up to £26.82 per hour (Umbrella)


We’re supporting a leading organisation in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector in the search for a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to provide vital support to a busy Electricity Connections team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or team coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being the go-to person that keeps everything running smoothly.


The Role

You’ll act as the central point of coordination for the team, providing efficient, flexible and hands-on administrative and operational support. From managing payments to organising meetings and supporting projects, you’ll play a key part in enabling the team to deliver critical energy infrastructure work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and leadership
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel and logistics
  • Own the team payment process, including invoice handling and SAP processing
  • Act as first point of contact for queries and prioritisation
  • Prepare meeting packs, take minutes and track actions
  • Maintain filing systems, databases and records
  • Support internal projects, reporting and research activities
  • Coordinate team events and off-sites


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, PA or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Confident working independently and using initiative
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with SAP or finance/payment systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
