We’re hiring: Customer Service & UK Sales Manager

Location: Head Office, Wiltshire (fully on-site)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

Corston Architectural Detail is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service & UK Sales Manager to lead our UK commercial operations from our Wiltshire head office.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, managing a team of around 20 across customer service and trade sales. You’ll be responsible for driving UK sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing, engaged team.

The role includes:

• Leading, coaching and developing sales and customer service teams

• Driving UK sales targets and trade account growth

• Owning customer experience standards and service performance

• Improving processes, systems and commercial operations

• Working closely with Operations, Marketing and Finance

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience managing sales and customer service teams

• Is commercially driven and people-focused

• Thrives in a fast-paced, design-led, B2B environment

• Is confident using CRM and operational systems

• Is happy working fully on-site as part of a collaborative leadership team

Please note: This is a fully on-site role at our Wiltshire head office. We do not offer hybrid or remote working for this position.
