Job description

Salary: £27,000–£30,000 base + £10,000–£12,000 uncapped commission

Location: Sandbach office

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1‑hour paid break)

As a Business Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for new business. Your mission is simple:

start conversations, identify opportunities, and book high‑quality meetings for our Business Development Managers.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Calling prospective clients across the UK to introduce our services and solutions
  • Educating prospects on our offering and the benefits of beautiful, sustainable workspace design
  • Qualifying opportunities through effective questioning
  • Booking high‑quality meetings for the BDM team
  • Using CRM tools to manage conversations, notes, and pipeline activity
  • Working towards clear KPIs: calls, meetings booked, opportunities created
  • Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Bringing energy, resilience, and team spirit every day

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence on the phone and the ability to handle rejection calmly
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools
  • Curiosity, ambition, and a desire to learn and develop
