Employee Benefits Consultant

Salary up to £60,000 - plus bonus & benefits

We are recruiting for an Employee Benefits Adviser to join a well-established, people-focused wealth management business. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver outstanding service to both new and existing clients, aligned with the business’s Employee Benefits proposition and brand.


You’ll provide high-quality advice and administration in line with internal processes and FCA regulatory standards, while contributing to income targets and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality advice and support to corporate clients.
  • Achieve agreed new business and service targets.
  • Prepare and present client proposition documents.
  • Conduct regular client reviews in line with service agreements.
  • Adhere to internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Keep up-to-date with CPD and relevant regulations.
  • Present complex features to employers and employees.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and product providers.


Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced in GPP, GIP, DIS, PMI, and auto-enrolment; exposure to flexible benefit platforms is a bonus.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple schemes and cases efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • IT literate (competent in Word & Excel).
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
