Salary & Benefits

  • £32,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE

The Role

  • Acting as a point of contact for existing and newly onboarded clients
  • Taking time to understand client objectives, challenges and priorities
  • Supporting account activity and ensuring smooth communication
  • Identifying opportunities where additional services could add value
  • Working closely with senior account managers and consultants
  • Keeping client information organised and up to date
  • This is a thoughtful, consultative role designed to build confidence and long-term commercial skills.


Training & Development

  • Structured onboarding and account management training
  • Ongoing coaching from experienced commercial professionals
  • Clear role expectations and achievable progression milestones
  • Opportunities to progress into Senior Account Manager roles

About You

No previous experience is required. This role would suit someone who:

  • Enjoys building professional relationships
  • Is comfortable communicating with clients by phone or online
  • Is organised, considered and proactive
  • Values structure, training and clear guidance
  • Is motivated to build a long-term career in account management
