Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring a highly personalised, service-led experience.
• Deliver one-to-one styling consultations, curate bespoke outfits, and provide expert guidance across all collections.
• Lead private appointments, exclusive previews, and client events to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless client journey, from wardrobe planning to aftercare services.
• Leverage CRM systems to track client preferences, purchase history, and engagement, ensuring tailored communication and follow-up.
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, service, and product knowledge, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stylist or senior client advisor in a luxury fashion environment.
• Established book of high-net-worth clients with a strong track record of driving repeat sales.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends, product categories, and styling techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting broader commercial goals.
• Discretion, professionalism, and confidence handling high-profile clients.
