About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an entry to mid level Product Executive to work across the full product lifecycle. You will partner with the Product Manager, internal teams, and suppliers to support strategy, development, and product performance. You will build hands on experience in product marketing, sales support, compliance, sustainability, and portfolio management.


The role moves at pace and gives you the ability to influence real product decisions. You will see clear routes to grow into greater product ownership and to manage your own ranges. We are looking for candidates with a product focused mindset. Your CV must demonstrate experience or thinking in areas such as specifications, data analysis, supplier liaison, pricing, margins, or managing a product portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Support product and brand strategy
  • Spot market gaps and help drive new product development
  • Work with suppliers on product information and materials
  • Support packaging, launch plans, and promotional activity
  • Gather customer feedback and track market trends
  • Review product performance and report results
  • Suggest improvements based on performance
  • Create product messaging and training content
  • Join customer visits and technical conversations
  • Support margin improvement opportunities
  • Ensure product compliance with standards and directives
  • Contribute to sustainability activity with a commercial focus
  • Manage products across the current portfolio
  • Support quality issue resolution


Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or product related field
  • Experience in product, commercial, or marketing roles is helpful, but your CV must demonstrate product experience


Skills and Experience:

  • Energetic, curious, and eager to learn with a product focused mindset
  • Clear communicator, confident sharing ideas with teams and suppliers
  • Team oriented, proactive, and organised/able to manage several priorities
  • Analytical with commercial awareness to support pricing, margins, and performance
  • Entry to mid-level, early-career professional with product marketing experience
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow across all areas of product management
  • Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to manage a varied workload
  • Enthusiastic about product development, delivering customer value, and continuous improvement
