Job description

Our client is hiring a team of 4 ambitious Business Development Representatives to support an exciting project working alongside global vendors in cybersecurity. This is a rare opportunity to break into B2B technology sales with a global market leader, gain industry recognised training and accreditation, and build sales skills that will set you up for long-term success.


This programme is designed as a career accelerator to give you exposure, training and sales capability. You will be provided with comprehensive, structured training in an interactive learning environment, including 1-to-1 coaching, face to face training, and full role enablement to help you grow quickly and confidently.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research and potential clients (prospects)
  • Qualify leads to ensure they’re a strong fit for vendor solutions
  • Book introductory calls or demos for the sales team
  • Work closely with and leverage selected partners to increase new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with vendor teams to understand their solutions, campaigns and target markets
  • Effectively promote vendor solutions to new prospects
  • Generate and nurture leads over the phone, email and social outreach
  • Accurately update the CRM systems with activity and opportunities
  • Meet or exceed agreed activity KPIs and meeting booking targets


The Opportunity

  • £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission structure (£10,000 OTE in year 1)
