Internal Account Manager – Doncaster

Salary: £35-45k + bonus

In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, nurture long term relationships, lead commercial discussions, and spot opportunities to upsell and increase revenue.

Duties of an Internal Account Manager:

• Manage and grow accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention, acting as point of contact
• Conduct virtual and occasional face-to-face account reviews
• Analyse customer spend trends to identify growth opportunities
• Own pricing structures and Excel based reporting
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively re-engage customers

Requirements of an Internal Account Manager:

• Confident managing client relationships and commercial discussions
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs
• Local to Doncaster and excited to work in a growing company
• Experience selling to National Housebuilders and construction companies is desirable
