Junior Commercial Manager (London)

Location: London

Role Type: Hybrid, 2 – 3 days per week in the office

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Commercial Manager to join our growing IT business and support the commercial management of customer and supplier contracts across their full lifecycle. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to contracts, stakeholders, and decision-making — ideal for someone early in their commercial career who wants to learn fast and progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting contracts from bid stage through delivery, renewal, and close-out
• Reviewing contracts and flagging key commercial terms, risks, and obligations
• Keeping contract data, trackers, and documentation accurate and up to date
• Supporting contract changes, renewals, and variations
• Helping ensure contracts align with commercial policies and governance
• Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Procurement teams
• Assisting with negotiations under guidance from senior colleagues
• Supporting commercial reporting, invoicing, and margin tracking
• Spotting risks, issues, and opportunities early and escalating when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a commercial, contracts, finance, legal, or business support role (including graduate roles or internships)
• A basic understanding of commercial contracts and how they work in practice
• Experience in a Commercial role within Technology/Software (desired)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communicator, written and verbal
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
