What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of Direct Sales Experience
• Confident communicators with a strong phone presence
• Self-starters who love hitting targets and don’t back down from a challenge
• Resilient, motivated, and ready to grow
• Comfortable working with numbers and negotiating high-value deals
• Quick learners who can thrive in a high-calibre, fast-paced industry

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing hard-to-find talent in pharma, AI, and tech
• Building lasting relationships with senior candidates and clients
• Managing the full 360° recruitment process
• Developing business with innovative, niche companies across the US
