About the Role

• Dual-Focus Role: Split your time 50/50 between managing and mentoring your sales team and leading from the front to drive new business.
• Actively pursue property developers, construction companies, and business owners, with a strong emphasis on creating and converting opportunities.
• Managing a large volume of hot leads, ensuring every prospect progresses efficiently through the sales cycle.
• Take ownership across the entire sales function, from initial engagement to successful meetings and conversions.

About the Candidate

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience within the Design + Build sector
• Must be able to work towards targets under pressure
• Must display great positivity and creativity
• Ideally, you’ll have prior experience managing a team, but also open to ambitious individuals ready to step up into management

• Basic salary of circa £65,000 + Uncapped OTE
