Sales & Lettings Assistant

Job description

• Inceo Homes is a London-based real estate consultancy providing sales, lettings, relocation, and property investment services. We work closely with both UK-based and international clients and are continuing to grow our team. We are now looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.

• Supporting the sales and lettings team with daily operations
• Conducting property market research (pricing, rental levels, comparable properties, local area insights)
• Assisting with property appraisals and investment comparisons
• Preparing internal reports, summaries, and market updates
• Communicating with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Coordinating property viewings and follow-ups
• Supporting offer and application processes
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Fluency in Turkish is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong interest in the UK property and investment market
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Well organised, reliable, and proactive
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Previous real estate or market research experience is an advantage, but not essential
